we are
At Alternative Funding Connections we have different locations. Our Foreclosure
Corporate Office is located at 15222 Dearborn St. South Holland Illinois. Our
Factoring & Notes Business Office is located in the city of East Chicago,
Indiana. We also have associates and representatives that partner with us in
different states. Some of the services we offer are the purchase of accounts
receivables from individuals and companies and the purchase all kinds of notes.
(We help the note owners and the Realtors to sell their properties fast.) We
also help those who are in the foreclosure process by educating them and sometimes
buying their properties before the foreclosure sale.
In the Real Estate department we buy any kind of houses, (single and multiple family) and also small apartment or multiple units buildings. We buy fixer upper houses to rehab and sell or rent. We work with pre-foreclosures, REO's and other Real Estate properties. We also lease option, or take over payments, make payments, and manage properties.

we collect
When you come to the Alternative Funding Connections site, you can complete
an online application form that includes certain personal and financial information
about you and/or your business. This information is necessary for processing
your financing, note or pre-foreclosure.

distribution of personal information
At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that
you provide to us will be sent to Alternative Funding Connections. After our
authorized agents receive your information, they may contact you directly via
phone, email or other communication.
Alternative Funding Connections may notify you about a special offer from one of our promotional partners. We do not reveal your name, address or any other identifying information to that promotional partner unless you affirmatively respond to the promotional offer. At your request, Alternative Funding Connections will not send you any information or offers unrelated to your request for financing.
Alternative Funding Connections may also share certain aggregated data with other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes; however, this data DOES NOT include any of your personal identifying information.
